- What is www.www.kenyatopup.com/classifieds or MML Business Directory Listing?
Simply put, we are a directory of local, county, and national businesses providing services and products to the African community in the United Kingdom and East Africa. The website is run by the Kenyatopup Team through Mintmachine Limited and our aim is to present your website to the African community in the UK and to East Africans where most of our business is concentrated.
- Who decides what businesses are in the directory?
The business makes that decision. The business also makes the decision of how and where its listing is located. There may be multiple listings in multiple categories, depending on the needs of the business. The business owner also determines the wording of the listing, and logo if used. Each listing is created by the owners. If the administrator creates your listing then you have the option of editing and amending the listing to your choice
- Is there a cost involved?
Yes, but the costs are minimal and do not apply basic listings. There are various levels of membership from free listing with minimal benefits to a silver membership with all benefits. Again, the business selects the membership level after listing in the basic directory. We may suggest, but ultimately, it is the business that makes that decision.
- What are the costs?
Free membership with limited benefits: FREE! NO SET UP FEE
Bronze Membership £5.00 Per Month, £2.00 set up fee
Silver Membership £5.00 Per Month, £2.00 set up fee.

- What about support?
Support is available via email. Please allow 24 hours for your questions to be answered. There is no charge for support of members.
- I don't have a website.
It isn't required to have a website. Your listing will still contain your business name, address, contact numbers and a description of products and services you provide. If you wish a simple business card type listing, then we can create you one within the site. The costs in minimal, again. This is a one time charge to create the business card page. Generally speaking, you wont really need one if your listing is comprehensive enough. If you wish to have a website, then we can provide that service as well. Costs involved vary, contact us for an estimate of costs. We can host your site, as well. Rates begin at £70 a year.
- Ok, I got really lost trying to set up the account and listing. What can you do to help me?
We can set up your account, username, password for you. If you need assistance creating the listing, we can do that as well. We strive to provide complete support and service to our clients. There is no charge for this feature beyond the costs of membership. Send us an email outlining what you need: business name, address, contact number, what category or categories, and a description of your business and/or products provided. If you have a logo, attach that to the email, as well. We will add it to your listing! Send the email to directory@kenyatopup.com . Please allow us 24 hours to respond.
- I cannot find the proper category for my business. Can the category be created for me?
Yes we can create a category that suits your business if you cannot find a convenient one. Simply email us with the category you wish to have added, and we will consider if there is a need to add it to the directory. Please allow us 24 hours to complete your request.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, or electronic banking. We will soon setup Worldpay too.. Non-Payment will delay your listing and you will receive a reminder at various times to remind you of any overdue invoices. Please allow us 24 hours if a manual set up is required.
